Amazing spotting, Anthony! Could you add the scientific name, Ambystoma maculatum.

Latimeria is correct, that is definitely a Spotted Salamander and not an Eastern Tiger Salamander. The spots are too regular and circular, and are orange on the head.

I'm not very acquainted with salamanders, but this looks more like a spotted than a tiger.
