I'm pretty sure they are Long-tailed Mockingbirds, however the individuals I have encountered in Lima do not have the dark, distinctive facial markings that yours do. Consider adding your spotting to the Birds of Peru Mission: http://www.projectnoah.org/missions/12517768
No, this one is about 20 cm. peak to the tip of the tail, is more or less like a dove.
