mmmm... shall I say BLACK VULTURE ?? thanks you all.
Condors have lighter heads also. I think black vulture as well
Black Vulture would be my guess as well. Notice the white color peeking through on the outer primary flight feathers. The rest of the wing is black.
Looks more like a Black Vulture from here
