Tulips

Spotted this very beautiful and colorful tulip flower right in front of the U.S. Capitol in D.C. There planted all around the Capitol, and I think it brings out a lot of color in the surrounding areas, considering that most of the building around Capitol Hill don't have much color on them. I would like to thank the person who had the idea to plant such bright and beautiful tulips, and it makes all the more better that it's 2 colors and not just one.
