Description:
Andapa rice. This is a whole grain white rice that is harvested in the many fields in this bread basket of Madagascar. Requires a lot of rain. Birds love these fields.
Habitat:
The wetter the better.
Notes:
The plan is to decrease the distance between the plants to increase the yield. The technique handed down from past generations is wider planting and less yield.
