Hi everyone! Maybe you could ask your teacher about lichens. They are really interesting and are made up of fungi and algae living in a symbiotic relationship. The things that you commented look like berries are actually where it releases it spores, which are like seeds and help it to grow in other places.
Kinda looks like a blueberry.
