It is! This lichen is growing on a headstone in an old cemetery.
Thanks for the links Arlanda! I'm not entirely sure as the color doesn't match either though maybe the color changes depending on conditions & age?
I dont know, KarenL, maybe yours is more yellow-greenish. Have a look at Psilolechia lucida (http://www.lichens.lastdragon.org/Psilolechia_lucida.html) or Chrysothrix chlorina (http://www.lichens.lastdragon.org/Chrysothrix_chlorina.html)
