And no, it's definetely not a Mealy Rosette - now that I have a closer view. Mealy Rosettes have very small leaves, but not that amorph - plus they are thin white edged what makes the powdery/mealy appearance from some distance (a few steps away from it).
Okay - I see now that this is the other one, growing next to the Yellow Scale. Arlanda is much better with lichens than me - he might tell. (could be dead or very pale Greenshield Lichens, but not that likely)
