Notes:

Is this picture too blurry to do any good? It was almost dark outside and the flash wasn't helping much since I was so close to the specimen.

I had someone comment on one looked a bit like yours , he said its called lacewing eggs but I could be wrong

I agree a slime mold, they can be tough to identify, they should go in the "other" category
