Field Notes

Description:

Light grey foliose rosettes, 10 - 12 cm in diameter, with darker grey round apothecia in the center; some of which appear squeezed. Some of the thalus on edges becoming brown.

Habitat:

Growing on bark of trees with many other lichens in alpine environment.
