Description:
This fly was the most colorful fly i had ever seen in this area.The wings were black but the head and abdomen had a bright teal with black.The fly was resting on a pillar.This specimen is not really known alot and is found more west.

Resting on a pillar
Notes:
Probably a female carrying eggs because of the size and the swollen abdomen.It was one of the most beautiful flies i had ever seen.
