Field Notes

Description:

Small diurnal moth with unusually long antennas - at least 3 times longer than forewings. Total length, without antennae, a bit shy of 1cm. Color predominantly bronzy iridescent.

Habitat:

Seen on fleabane growing on edges of deciduous, predominantly oak, (Bagasse forest) forest on France-Switzerland border, in a valley of lake Geneva, just in between Jura and Alps mountains ranges.
