Texas Brown Tarantula

Texas Brown Tarantula spotted on the White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico, near dusk. I watched this little guy cross a dry river bed, climb up the rock embankment, cross a gravel road (pic) and then head out across the grass of the old golf course--amazing how these little things can move!
