Description:

Finally, I found it! Rosalia alpina is the one of best known and largest beetle (40 mm) in European fauna. Has black and blue elytra coloration and the striking black tufts of hair on the central segments of the antennae.
The number of Rosalia longicorn is dramatically decreasing and it is considered on IUCN list as vulnerable (VU).

Habitat:

Mountain meadow, 1400 m asl, Nature park Blidinje jezero and Cvrsnica

jest, i meni je ta najdraza slika! vidila sam vasu fotografiju, priznajem da je bolja od moje :) kod nas je postala dosta rijetka, nestaju bukove sume kojima se licinke hrane pa se i njihov broj smanjio, nazalost!
Narocito mi se dopada gde je rasirila krila pred poletanje.I meni se mnogo dopada,a ja sam je jednom vodeo uzivo i to na Fruskoj Gori i fotografisao i imam je ovde postavljenu na Noah-u.
